Ingredients :
- 2 Cow horn hot cayenne pepper
- 2 Habanero
- 17 Dragon tongue hot cayenne pepper
- 1 Poblano
- 13 Jalapeno
- 19 Tabasco pepper
- 1 dash Coriander
- 1 bunch ground cumin
- 5 clove Garlic
- 4 Tomato
- 1/2 White onion
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 bunch Apple cider vinegar
- 1 dash Brown sugar
- 1 Splash of PBR
Step :
- Chop up ingredients finely
- Throw everything into bowl
- Mix
- Simmer for an hour until ingredients are soft
- Throw in blender
- Jar it up and pasteurize it
- Enjoy some homemade hot sauce
