- 7 oz caramels
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 chocolate crumb pie crust
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1 packages chocolate pudding
- 1/2 cup fudge topping
Step :
- Place caramels and evaporated milk in sauce pan. Heat over med. low heat, stirring continuously until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust.
- Combine cream cheese, milk and sour cream in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add pudding mix and blend for 30 sec. longer.
- Pour pudding mixture over caramel layer covering evenly. Chill loosely covered for 15 minutes, until set.
- Drizzle fudge topping over pudding and chill until ready to serve.
